The standard
ProEx adheres to the Electronic Industries Alliance Standard: EIA-481-D. The standard reflects a criterion that insures a collective expectation, which followed, produces the highest quality tape and reel service for original equipment manufactures (OEM) and contract manufactures (CM).

ProEx utilizes automated and manual tape and reel packaging equipment to support both high and low volume orders. State of the art equipment allows for optimal quality through vision inspection which guarantees proper pin one orientation as well as measuring lead spacing, co-linearity, span, width, position, length, slant, distance, sweep and skew. All equipment is calibrated annually.
Environment
All ProEx services are performed in an ESD environment which protects electronic devices from static damage. Floors, heal straps, smocks, chairs, tables and equipment are continually tested to ensure that all manufacturing components meet ESD standards.
