Equipment & Automation

Primary taping platforms include AATEC SA Lisa Spider systems delivering approximately 2,500–3,500 units per hour, and V-TEK Inc. TM-500 systems rated approximately 2,000–4,500 units per hour depending on component size and configuration.

V-TEK TM-500 supports carrier tape widths ranging from approximately 8mm to 56mm and component sizes down to approximately 2mm x 2mm minimum part dimensions, per manufacturer specifications.
