In 1993, Randy and his founding partner launched their first programming and Tape & Reel operation, Alpha Programming, helping establish early standards for outsourced device programming services.

Through decades of economic cycles, industry shifts, and unprecedented challenges—including the global pandemic—Randy’s steady leadership and long-term vision have guided continued growth and resilience. Since becoming a partner and owner of ProEx in 2002, he has played a central role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, customer-focused culture, and commitment to operational excellence.

When he’s not trying to optimize a process or the facility, you’ll find him with his family or out on his mountain bike, carrying the same focus and discipline into everything he does.

Outside of work, Joseph values quality time with his family and is actively involved in community service. He has a strong interest in astronomy and space exploration, enjoys staying current with emerging technologies, and pursues hands-on technical hobbies including computer systems and flying drones.

As ProEx’s ISO expert, Dave leads compliance efforts with a strong focus on standards, requirements, and sustainable quality systems. When he’s not immersed in audits or process improvements, he can be found spending time with his family, camping in the outdoors, or cruising in the middle of the ocean.
